Week 9 @ KSU's UXD Program
This week covered how to perform UX Research and I learned alot about all the preparation that goes into conducting research. Prior to this, I believed coming up with questions was going to be the toughest part of UX Research, but now it is obvious from the readings that finding participants is a giant feat in itself. My biggest surprise from the assignment was from synthesizing the data, how difficult it is to take what you learned and produce some sort of actionable meaning from it.
I honestly wish there was just more time to do all of the coursework because it is all so interesting. I feel as though you can pick one of these tiny subject areas, such as eliciting feedback during an interview, and have an entire course dedicated to just that topic.
